Company background
was incorporated in Curaçao in 2025 as a holding vehicle for an online poker product targeted at international markets outside the United States, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions where remote gambling is reserved to domestic operators.
Our headquarters is in the E-Commerce Park outside Willemstad, with engineering distributed across the EU and Latin America. The product is built on a stack we control end-to-end: our own poker engine, our own dealer, our own payment integrations. No white-label network sits between you and the cards.
Funding to date has been entirely private. There is no exchange listing, no token, and no plan for either. The business pays for itself out of rake — the way a poker room should.
