Tier is evaluated monthly. Drop a tier if your volume falls below the threshold for two consecutive months — never overnight.
When benefits apply
Rake reduction kicks in the moment you cross a tier threshold and applies for the rest of the month plus the following month minimum. Rakeback pays every Monday based on the prior week's volume.

At Black we assign a single named host who handles all your support, helps coordinate withdrawals, and can negotiate bespoke private-table arrangements.
