    Own the deterministic dealer + table loop. Strong Node/TypeScript, comfortable with concurrency, state machines, and writing tests that aren't a chore.

How we hire

  1. Intro call (30 min) — context, scope, comp range.
  2. Take-home or paired exercise — relevant to the role, time-boxed, paid above senior level.
  3. Two technical / craft interviews with the team you'd join.
  4. Final call with a founder. References. Offer.

We do not run trick questions, IQ tests, or whiteboard algorithm grilling. We write decisions down so you'll know where you stand at every step.
