Bonus Terms
How our promotions work — wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry, maximum bet during wagering, and forfeiture rules.
Last updated
1. Scope
These Bonus Terms apply to every promotion that grants bonus funds, tournament tickets, rakeback, or any other promotional value, except where the specific promotion’s terms expressly say otherwise. Where there’s a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion, the promotion’s terms govern, but only to the extent of the conflict and only for that promotion.
2. Eligibility
To claim or hold a bonus you must:
- Be over 18 and otherwise eligible under the Terms of Service.
- Hold a verified (KYC-passed or KYC-not-yet-required) account.
- Not have been excluded from promotions for previous breach of these terms.
- Not be from a restricted country (see the Restricted Countries list).
We may exclude individual players, IPs, devices, or payment instruments from a promotion at our discretion where we have reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being abused.
3. Categories of promotion
3.1 Welcome offer
A one-time match on the first qualifying deposit. The match value is released as rake-released bonus: for every $1 of rake or tournament fee you generate, $1 of bonus is released from a pending bucket into withdrawable balance, up to the cap. Pending bonus has a 60-day expiry; unreleased portions are forfeited at expiry.
3.2 Rakeback
A percentage of rake and tournament fees returned to the player. Rakeback is paid weekly directly to the withdrawable balance with no wagering requirement.
3.3 Reload bonuses
Periodic deposit-match offers operating on the same rake-released mechanic as the welcome offer, with a typically shorter expiry (14 – 30 days).
3.4 Tournament tickets
Tickets to specific scheduled tournaments. Tickets have a stated expiry date; unused tickets after expiry are not refunded for cash. Where a tournament is cancelled, ticket value is restored to the player’s ticket inventory or refunded to balance, at our discretion.
3.5 Freerolls
Tournaments with no buy-in. Standard freerolls do not generate “wagering”. Winnings from freerolls have no wagering requirement.
3.6 Leaderboards
Performance-based competitions paying out in cash or tickets. Leaderboard prize money has no wagering requirement.
4. Wagering / rake requirements
Where a promotion uses a rake-released mechanic, wagering is measured in rake and tournament fees generated. The conversion ratio (typically 1:1) and cap are stated in the promotion description.
Where a promotion uses a play-through requirement (rare; reserved for casino-style products we may add in future), the requirement, eligible games, and game-contribution percentages are stated in the promotion description.
5. Eligible games
By default, all real-money cash games and tournaments contribute to wagering. Specific promotions may exclude:
- Play-money games (never contribute).
- Heads-up tables (sometimes excluded to prevent collusive rake generation).
- Specific tournament series.
Exclusions are listed in the promotion description before opt-in.
6. Maximum bet during wagering
While a bonus is pending we may apply a maximum buy-in cap (typically $200) and a maximum table stake cap. Exceeding these caps may forfeit the pending portion of the bonus. The cap is stated in the promotion description; absent a specific cap, no maximum applies.
7. Expiry
Pending bonus funds expire on the dates stated in the promotion description. Withdrawable balance derived from released bonus does not expire (but is subject to the dormancy provisions of the Terms of Service).
8. Withdrawal during wagering
You may withdraw your deposit and any winnings from withdrawable balance at any time. Withdrawing while a bonus is still pending will forfeit the unreleased portion of the bonus.
9. Bonus abuse
The following constitute bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus, related winnings, and account closure:
- Multi-accounting to claim the same promotion more than once.
- Coordinated play to inflate rake or transfer value among connected accounts.
- Use of bots or other prohibited tools during the wagering period.
- Chip dumping or soft play among accounts holding the same promotion.
- Any other behaviour that, in the reasonable judgement of the operator, is contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
10. Tax and reporting
Bonuses awarded may be reportable income in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any applicable tax filings.
11. Amendments and withdrawal of promotions
We may amend or withdraw a promotion at any time. Players who have opted in before the amendment continue under the original terms. We will not retroactively impose harsher terms on a player who has already started wagering.
