The site is a PWA. Tap "Add to home screen" in your browser and you get a dedicated icon, full-screen launch, and offline access to lobbies and tournament check-in (you obviously can't play offline).
Background notifications
Once you grant notification permission, we ping you when a tournament is about to start, when your turn comes around after a long think, and when a buddy you've tagged sits down at a table.
Connection resilience
If your network drops mid-hand we hold your seat for 60 seconds and auto- reconnect. If you don't come back in time we auto-fold and sit you out; chips stay yours until you cash out the table.

Native apps?
We've deliberately kept everything web-first because app-store policies on real-money gambling apps are restrictive and inconsistent. Our PWA delivers the same feel without the app-store gauntlet. We're watching the policy landscape and will ship native apps if and when they make sense.
