Sending to the wrong network is unrecoverable. Always double-check the chain before broadcasting. The cashier displays the network name and a sample address prefix to help you sanity-check.
How withdrawals work
- 1. Request withdrawal — coin, network, address, amount.
- 2. 2FA challenge to confirm.
- 3. Compliance review (usually under an hour).
- 4. Broadcast on-chain. You get the tx hash by email.

Some operators hold a percentage of recent deposits for 21 days as a chargeback buffer. With crypto, chargebacks aren't a thing — so we don't pretend they are. Your full balance is always available to withdraw.
